By checking this box and requesting SanDiego8383’s participation in your production, you certify and agree to the following terms: You are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to produce adult content. You agree that all information you provide during your request, screening, and production coordination is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge. You understand and accept that you are solely responsible for providing proof of a recent, clear STI screening on the day of production, and covering all associated costs. You agree that SanDiego8383 retains final approval over how her name, likeness, and branding may appear in any marketing, metadata, or commercial materials associated with your production. You agree to provide SanDiego8383 with valid copies of all required documentation, including government-issued ID and 2257 compliance materials, prior to the start of filming. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of contract on your part. You acknowledge that SanDiego8383’s minimum modeling fee is $1,800 for up to six (6) hours of work. This rate does not include travel, lodging, wardrobe/costumes, styling, or a $150 per diem for food and beverage expenses. You agree not to negotiate, reduce, or attempt to haggle this rate. You understand that SanDiego8383 requires 10 calendar days for her legal team to review any contracts. A non-refundable good faith deposit of 30% of the modeling fee is due at the time she reserves your requested dates. An additional 40% is due upon signing the contract, and the remaining balance is due on the day of filming. • SanDiego8383 does not issue refunds under any circumstances unless she cancels the agreement without cause. You certify that neither you nor any individuals involved in your production have criminal convictions or pending charges that would disqualify them from participating in the creation or distribution of adult content. Additionally, you certify that no one participating in any scenes with SanDiego8383 has a known history that violates her personal commitment to ethical practices, including— but not limited to— appearing with or casting anyone who has been physically or sexually violent, or who has participated in groups or rallies promoting violence or hate toward women, LGBTQ+ individuals, children, minorities, people with disabilities, or animals. You acknowledge that once a contract is signed, no changes may be made to the terms, production schedule, or scope of work without express written consent from SanDiego8383. You agree that all communications related to production must be conducted in writing via email or text message. No verbal agreements will be recognized.
